If you're looking fir a fun pool hall type if environment, come here. The drinks were a bit watered down and the place was super smoky. I still had a great time. Everyone was friendly. After I started getting hungry, i decided to order a steak dinner. The steak and side fishes were surprisingly good. i wouldn't recommend making this place a regular hangout but once in a while would hurt. Also, if you can't tolerate being around a lot of smoke, and different types, DON'T GO HERE.

The crowd is fun. The bartenders are attentive. The place is too smokey. But the best place to hang out abound 1-40 and Meridian. Very interesting people make the bar fun. Forget about drinking wine...it's the bad stuff they serve in economy on airplanes.

There are a lot of places where you can buy a fine rib eye for $20. This is not one of them. Mine was about 1/2" thick and drastically overcooked. I ordered rare, got well done. (It's hard to get such a skinny steak rare.) Second steak was closer to medium, but gnarly and grisly and not even steak shaped. Most of it came home for the dogs. Cheapest possible silverware this side of plastic, flimsy napkins, indifferent salad with bottled dressing, frozen vegetables. The potato was okay. My cousin had the salmon and liked it. I don't eat farmed salmon. My martini was skimpy, but not terrible. Not even close to value for the money. I didn't play pool or talk to other people, mainly went here for dinner and the dinner was poor.

Don't go for the crawfish boil that they offer every crawfish season they jacked up the price to $20 per person (used to be $15) and it was good at first until the end sucked because we kept getting more and more dead rotted ones at the end then we ended up with a bill that had $18 automatic gratuity added on it and we only had 4 people with us WTF?! Ok now I'm pissed because the serviced sucked and I wouldn't of left those damn bartenders/waitresses a freakin DIME ugh we are never coming back again next time ill go to fat daddy's instead.
